Use of Services

You may use our services only as permitted by these terms and any applicable laws. Don't misuse our services or help anyone else do so.

Your Thaana AI Account

You may need a Thaana AI account to use some of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Privacy and Copyright Protection

Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our services. By using our services, you agree that Thaana AI can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Your Content in Our Services

Our services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content.

Modifying and Terminating Our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether.

Liability for Our Services

When permitted by law, Thaana AI and its suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Business Uses of Our Services

If you are using our services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Paid Thaana AI plans are monthly subscriptions billed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and processed securely through the Bank of Maldives (BML) payment gateway. Prices are exclusive of GST. The total you will be charged, including GST, is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm any purchase, and you accept these terms on that screen before a subscription starts.

When you subscribe, BML saves your card securely (tokenized) and charges the subscription total automatically each month until you cancel. Renewals are charged without further confirmation. You can remove your saved cards at any time from Settings → Billing.

Cancellation

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage plan. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any services purchased on Thaana AI. All sales are final. If you cancel a subscription, no further renewals are charged, but amounts already paid are not refunded.

Delivery

Thaana AI is a digital service and nothing is physically delivered. Plans and extra-usage top-ups activate on your account immediately after successful payment.

Transaction Records

We recommend keeping a copy of your transaction records and of these terms for your reference.

About These Terms
