Use case

An archive you cannot search is storage, not memory.

Most Maldivian institutions already scanned their paper. That solved storage and nothing else: a scanned Thaana page is an image, so the file is only findable by whatever someone typed into the folder name in 2014.

How it goes today

  1. 01The paper was scanned years ago into folders of PDFs
  2. 02Finding a document means remembering roughly when it happened
  3. 03The people who knew where things were have moved on
  4. 04So the archive gets consulted only when something has already gone wrong

How it goes instead

  1. 01Run the scans through Thaana OCR, page by page or in bulk
  2. 02Every page becomes Dhivehi text, with the original still attached to it
  3. 03Search by what a document says, not by what the folder was called
  4. 04Translate or summarise anything you find, without a retyping step

Every tool, on every plan.

Go, Pro, and Max are self-serve monthly plans billed through Bank of Maldives. Offices and institutions take an invoiced corporate or government package instead. Either way you get the whole toolset, not a tier of it.

Who reaches for it

  • Records and archive units
  • Legal teams with a document history to establish
  • Libraries, newsrooms, and publishers with a back catalogue
